Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions and Arena Credit purchases are billed, cancelled, and refunded on Portfauxl.io.

Subscriptions

• Billing. Paid plans (Pro, Competitor, Director) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Cancel anytime. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and it will not renew.
• No partial refunds. We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused time in a billing period, except where required by law.

Arena Credit packs

Arena Credits are virtual, play-money credits used inside the game. Because they are digital items delivered instantly and consumed within the Service, Arena Credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Arena Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred for value, or exchanged for money.

Discretionary refunds

If you were charged in error, experienced a duplicate charge, or believe there was a billing mistake, contact us within 30 days at support@portfauxl.io and we will review your request in good faith. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Open Settings → Billing in your account and choose Cancel, or email support@portfauxl.io and we will help.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
