Portfauxl.io is an entertainment and educational fantasy-trading platform. All trading activity uses virtual currency ("Arena Credits"). Arena Credits:
Market prices shown in the Service are derived from third-party market-data providers and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
The Service does not offer real-money wagering, deposits of funds for play, or cash prizes. Competition outcomes affect only in-game rankings, badges, and standings.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Certain features require a paid subscription, and you may optionally purchase Arena Credit packs. Subscriptions and Arena Credit packs are purchases of digital access and play-money credits — they are not deposits and are not redeemable for cash. Pricing is shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe); by purchasing you also agree to the processor's terms. You agree not to: (a) cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate competitions or leaderboards; (b) use bots or automated means except features we provide; (c) reverse engineer, disrupt, or attack the Service; (d) infringe others' rights or post unlawful, abusive, or offensive content; or (e) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as display names, descriptions, and messages) but grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it to operate the Service. You are responsible for your content and must not submit anything unlawful or offensive.
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service uses only virtual currency with no monetary value, you acknowledge there are no real financial losses associated with gameplay.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time; cancellation of paid plans is governed by our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.
